Our Elf has returned! It’s been a busy, and fun, first week together! Here are some ideas to get your creative juices flowing:
(Unfamiliar with the Elf on the Shelf tradition? Click here for more information.)
Day 1: We came home from our Thanksgiving trip and found our elves! They had flown in on hot air balloons and brought along the Elf on the Shelf book and DVD.
Day 2: Our new friend was busy overnight! He got into Mommy’s craft supplies and made us all ornaments! He even made one with his name on it to remind us of our first year together!
Day 3: Our elf was found zip lining towards the Christmas tree. (Our son really liked this one!)
Day 4: Hugs from our Elf. He left us a note saying he loves living with us. He also left Hershey Hugs for everyone.
Day 5: Our Elf ran a marathon overnight. We found him in Mommy’s running shoes, wearing a race medal and a foil jacket.
Day 6: Our miniature friend left graffiti on our family photos. Creative little guy!
Day 7: Candy Harvest. When our kiddos woke up, our elf was farming with empty trailers. By the time our little ones came back home, our elf had a trailer full of candy!
I hope your elves are staying out of trouble! Enjoy!
